titleOfInvention PROCEDURE FOR INSULATION AND Purification of 8-HALODERIVATES ADEHOSIN 3 ', 5'-CYCLIC PHOSPHATE
abstract The invention relates to the isolation of the 8-halo-derivative of cAMP from the reaction mixture, purification of the crude and obtaining the pure product in high yield in a simple, economical and safe procedure. According to the invention, the isolation of the 8-haloderivatives of cAMP is carried out in acidic aqueous medium, at a certain pH and at a certain temperature, under conditions of least solubility, which enables a high yield of the product. Purification of these compounds is carried out by conversion to an alkaline salt soluble in water and re-precipitation in water of insoluble acid form at a certain pH and temperature, yielding a product of high purity without the use of organic solvents and the HPLC method.
