Recombinant l-n-carbamoylase derived from arthrobacter aurescens, and a method for producing l-amino acids by using the same |
abstract |
The invention relates to a novel recombinant L-N-carbamoylase derived from Arthrobacter aurescens. Preart L-carbamoylases were, among other things, not stable enough to be used industrially. The L-carbamoylase produced in a recombinant manner was unexpectedly stable, resulting in the establishment of an industrial production method for producing L-amino acids. The invention also relates to a method for producing L-amino acids by using the inventive enzymes obtained according to the invention. |
