The present invention provides a foam composition for cleaning and conditioning textile fabrics comprising cationic surfactant and at least 15 % by weight of nonionic surfactant wherein the cationic surfactant and nonionic surfactant is in a ratio of at least 1:5. The invention also relates to a packaged product containing a propellant and the composition of the invention. |
