The invention concerns a method for preparing a composition in the form of an inverse latex, comprising an oil phase, an aqueous phase, at least a water-in-oil emulsifier (W/O), at least an oil-in-water emulsifier (O/W), between 20 wt. % and 70 wt. %, and preferably between 25 wt. % and 45 wt. %, of a branched or crosslinked anion polyelectrolyte with a strong acid function characterised in that it consists in: (a) emulsifying an aqueous solution containing a monomer and the optional additives previously adjusted to a pH less than 4, in an oil phase in the presence of one or several water-in-oil emulsifiers; (b) initiating the polymerisation reaction by introducing in the emulsion formed in (a), a free radical primer then allowing it to develop; (c) when the polymerisation reaction is completed, introducing one or several oil-in-water emulsifiers at a temperature less than 50 DEG C. |
