abstract |
A water-base synthetic resin dispersion composition for preparing coating material having excellent storage stability and capable of forming coating films having excellent stainproofness and weathering resistance and high gloss. The composition comprises a water-base synthetic resin dispersion and a condensate of a tetrafunctional silicate compound represented by general formula (I) in a content ranging from 1 to 100 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the synthetic resin in terms of solid. In said formula, R comprises R1 (methyl and/or ethyl) and R2 (C3-C10 alkyl) and n ranges from 2 to 15. |
