titleOfInvention Method and device for recovering gases
abstract The invention relates to a method and device for selective elimination of gas and vaporous mixtures which are used in many technical areas, especially in the field of medicine, in anaesthesia for example. Individual components of the mixtures are bonded in sorbent substances, while other constituents pass through. The sorbed gas is desorbed by heating the sorbent materials. It is liquefied in a condenser connected thereto and returned for recovery. Certain zeolites, dealuminified zeolites in particular, which are specifically adapted by means of synthesis or modification are used as sorbent substances.
