Method for analyzing annexin v in urine and use thereof |
abstract |
A method for analyzing annexin V in urine whereby annexin V can be conveniently measured without resort to the addition of chemicals in the measurement step for preventing various proteins from binding to calcium ions, preparing specimen solutions, etc.; analytical reagents therefor; and a diagnostic method and diagnostics for organ disorders, etc. based on the above method and reagents for analyzing annexin V. The concentration of annexin V in urine can be determined by bringing the urine into contact with an antiannexin V monoclonal antibody, thus effecting an antigen-antibody reaction between annexin V in the urine and the above antibody to thereby form an annexin V antigen-antiannexin V monoclonal antibody complex, and then quantitating the complex thus formed. The analytical data on the annexin V in the urine thus determined are usable in the diagnosis of disseminated intravascular coagulation syndrome, acute nephritis, etc. |
