abstract The invention relates to a novel method for producing triazolinthion derivatives of formula (I) in which R?1 and R2¿ have the meanings given in the description. To this end, a) Hydrazine derivatives of formula (II) are reacted in the presence of a diluting agent and optionally in the presence of an acid with formaldehyde and thiocyanate of formula (III) X-SCN in which X represents sodium, potassium or ammonium; b) the formed triazolinthion of formula (IV) are either reacted α) with oxidizing agents, optionally in the presence of a catalyst, and in the presence of a diluting agent or β) with formic acid. The triazolinthion of formula (IV) are novel.
