The invention relates to a process and a device for bending closed hollow sections. Said hollow sections are impinged upon by internal pressure. At the same time, the section being bent is supported on the inside by one or several mandrels. According to a preferred configuration, said mandrels are also used to limit the area inside the section which is under pressure, and to ensure clean deformation. |
