abstract A prepreg fabric at least comprising [A] a reinforcing fabric, [B] a thermosetting resin or a thermosetting resin composition and [C] fine resin particles, which is characterized by having a cover factor of 95 % or above; and a sandwich panel characterized by comprising skin panels made from the prepreg fabric and [D] a honeycomb core. The prepreg fabric is little changed in the tack as prepreg after the lapse of time, has suitable drape properties (flexibility) and exhibits excellent self-bondability to ahoneycomb core when used as the skin panel of a honeycomb sandwich panel, and the honeycomb sandwich panel is advantageous in that the skin panels made of a product of curing of the prepreg fabric have a lowered inner porosity and that the skin panels have few holes and depressions on their surfaces and are thus excellent in surface smoothness.
