Device for delivering drug through skin or mucosa |
abstract |
A device for delivering drugs through the skin or mucosa, which is excellent in drug penetration and skin stimulation, and whose consumption of electric power is small. An output control circuit (4) of a current application pattern control device (1) causes a current to flow between an anode-side device (5) for iontophoresis and a cathode-side device (6) by a combination of pulse depolarization current application with either DC current application or pulse current application. The combination of the types of current application by the output control circuit (4) is determined based upon the presetting inputted from outside the current application pattern control device (1) or based on internal stored data. |
