abstract The invention concerns a method for determining on a sample to be tested the occupation of the GPIIb/IIIa platelet receptors by the fibrinogen antagonist, characterised in that it consists in determining in said sample the number of occupied receptors by means of a MAb1 antibody competitor of the antagonist and the number of total receptors occupied or not by means of a antibody specific of the receptor whether it is occupied or not, MAb2 said to be non-competitor and deducing therefrom the occupation rate of GPIIb/IIIa receptors in the sample.
