The invention concerns a method for preparing an ultrapure hydrogen peroxide solution, characterised in that it includes at least a sequence which involves successively passing the solution to be purified on at least a bed of cation-exchanging adsorbents (AEC) and at least a bed of anion-exchanging adsorbents (AEA) and the adsorbent beds each have a height/diameter ratio greater than 5. The invention also concerns an installation for implementing the method. |
