titleOfInvention Feed composition for broilers and method for breeding broilers
abstract A feed composition for broilers is blended with a coenzyme Q preferably in an amount of 0.0005 to 0.003 % by weight based on the total amount of the feed composition. Further, it is regulated regarding the ingredients so that the metabolizable energy is at least 3150 kcal/kg, and pelletized. The feed composition is given to broilers for 7 days or longer in a period between 10 days in age and 35 days in age. In breeding the broiler, this procedure can improve the growth rate while satisfactorily preventing ascites, thus realizing both improved rate of raising and shortening of growth period. The method for breeding broilers uses the above feed composition and can offer good production efficiency.
