abstract |
A resin composition comprising (a) 45 to 55 % by weight of a polybutylene naphthalate resin, (b) 5 to 35 % by weight of a polyphenylene sulfide resin and (c) 10 to 50 % by weight of glass fibers. This composition has an excellent thermal resistance during reflow in the surface mounting step, a reduced fin formation in the molding step and excellent moldabilities such as releasability, and is particularly useful as a material for electronic parts adaptable to surface mounting. |
