Disclosed is a reporter-vector comprising one regulating nucleic acid sequence containing one operator and one promoter as a functional link with a reporter gene encoding for a photoprotein, the expression of which can be highlighted by irradiation. The invention further relates to a method for highlighting molecular interactions, cells subjected to a transient or stable transformation process, as well as the use of cells for examining said molecular interactions. |
