An ethylene/tetrafluoroethylene copolymer (ETFE) film which has, after a surface treatment, polar groups on the surface and a surface roughness Ra lower than that before the treatment; an ETFE film which has, after a surface treatment, polar groups on the surface and contains a weakly bonded layer in an amount not larger than that of a weakly bonded layer on the film before the treatment; a laminate containing either of the films having extremely good bonding strength; and a process for mass-producing the laminate. |
