Reusable diaper consisting of a laminar impervious body (1) with a fine internal covering and with a configuration appropriate to adapt the diaper to the crutch of the user and its fixing to the waist of said user. The diaper has in its middle area an annular and elastic pleated portion (5) forming a lower bulging (7) acting as a collector pouch (8) for the fecal excrements, a compress (9) or any other absorbing element being arranged within said bulging (7) to form the real element receiving said excrements, said receiver element being interchangeable and enabling to reuse the diaper, the receiver element being optionally filled with cereal husks (36). Complementarily and mixed to the annular pleated zone (5) and immediately in front thereof, an orifice (10) with its elactically contractible mouth (11) is provided , and is intended to take out the masculin urination member, or to fix a feminin adaptor-collector. |
