The invention concerns a process for telomerizing dienes, according to which the diene is reacted with a compound containing an active hydrogen atom in the presence of a palladium compound, a water-soluble phosphine ligand and a base, the water-soluble ligand being a double-toothed ligand having formula (I), in which the R groups are identical or different and designate phenyl, C1-C12 alkyl and C3-C10 cycloalkyl, which can optionally be substituted with one or a plurality of R' groups, the R' groups, which are identical or different, designate SO3<->M<+>, -NMe3<+>, -COO<->M<+>, n is an integer from 1 to 6, in each case relative to a naphthyl structure, and M designates H, Na, K, Cs and R''4N<+>, the R'' groups being identical or different and designating H, C1-C12 alkyl, C1-C10 cycloalkyl. |
