titleOfInvention Method and device for synthesising labelled compounds
abstract A method for synthesising compounds labelled with any isotopic element is disclosed. The method comprises the steps of preparing the labelling agent, labelling a precursor in the form of a protected substrate, pre-purifying and deprotecting same, and forming a final solution of the resulting compound. The deprotection step, in which the labelled precursor is converted into a labelled compound, is performed directly on a solid medium in a column or a cartridge. A device for synthesising the labelled compound according to said method is also disclosed.
