The invention pertains to medicine, specifically to the pre-implantation treatment of biological prostheses for use in cardiovascular surgery. The method involves the treatment of native tissue from freshly slaughtered animals with a mixture of epoxy compounds at a temperature of 4-45 °C for 2-21 days and nights, subsequent treatment with a heparin solution with a concentration of not less than 75 units per ml at a temperature of 20-45 °C for 2-16 hours, and ethylation with a 70 % solution of ethanol in water. |
