abstract |
The present invention concerns a process for the amplification of nucleic acids, whereby the tailing of the nucleic acid to be amplified is so effected that the nucleic acid is lengthened at its 3' end with the help of terminal transferase through ribonucleotides. In addition, a kit is available for the amplification of a nucleic acid which includes at least a ribonucleotide and terminal transferase. |
