The invention relates to a process for preparing self-releasing, compact or cellular moulded bodies optionally containing reinforcing agents and made of polyisocyanate polyaddition products by reacting a) organic and/or modified organic polyisocyanates with b) at least one compound with at least two reactive hydrogen atoms and a molecular weight of 500 to 9,000 and optionally c) chain extension and/or cross-linking agents in the presence of d) alkyl and/or alkenyl succinic acid monoamides, -monoamides, poly(alkyl succinic acid)- and/or poly(alkenyl succinic acid)-polyamides, -polyimides, -monoamide monoimides, -polyamide imides, -amide polyimides and- polyamide polyimides or mixtures thereof as internal mould release agents, and also in the presence or absence of e) catalysts, f) blowing agents, g) reinforcing agents, h) auxiliary agents, in an open or closed moulding tool, optionally under compression. The invention also relates to the use of alkyl- and/or alkenyl succinic acid amides and/or imides (d) as internal mould release agents for the preparation of moulded bodies made of polyisocyanate polyaddition products. |
