A method of measuring an object of analysis by measuring a detectable material derived from a chemical reaction of the object. According to this method, high sensitivity measurement becomes possible by causing a laminar inorganic material to exist in the reaction system including the formation reaction of the detectable material, measurement accuracy can be improved by stabilizing the detectable material, extremely quick measurement can be made by promoting the chemical reaction, and the high sensitivity can be maintained even in the reaction system including the reaction which forms insoluble materials. A testpiece for measuring the object as described above by using the reaction system including the formation reaction of the detectable material on the basis of the chemical reaction of the analysis object material in a sample. The testpiece is equipped with at least one test portion having a detection portion for detecting the detectable material, limits diffusion and elution of a pigment, etc., by causing the laminar inorganic material to exist at least at the test portion, can correctly inspect and analyze the sample, and is easy to use. |
