abstract A faint-smelling, light-, heat- and/or air-oxygen-stabilised moulding material made of at least one styrene homopolymer or copolymer or acrylate or methacrylate polymers contain stabilising amounts of for example 0.01 to 1 % by weight alpha-tocopherol and 0.1 to 2 % by weight of an organic phosphite, in a quantitative ratio between alpha-tocopherol and phosphite from 1:1 to 1:4, and preferably 0.01 to 2 % by weight of a sterically hindered phenol. The percentages by weight refer to the polymer fraction. The organic phosphite is in turn stabilised with up to 5 % by weight (in relation to the phosphite weight) of an amine or alkanolamine.
