The invention concerns a device for holding and discharging homogeneous suspensions of comminuted cellulose in a liquid, aqueous tertiary amine oxide, the device comprising: a cylindrical, substantially horizontally mounted mixing vessel (1) with an inlet (5) for the homogeneous suspension; an agitator shaft (2) which has agitator components (3) mounted thereon, is axially mounted in the cylindrical mixing vessel and, by rotation, maintains the suspension introduced through the inlet in a homogeneous state; and a discharge device for the homogeneous suspension. The invention is characterized in that the discharge device is in the form of a worm conveyor (7) mounted on the underside of the mixing vessel and connected to the interior of the mixing vessel. |
