abstract |
Novel compounds with immunosuppressive activity are disclosed. The compound can be produced in culture by fungal species isolated from the stems of Tripterygium wilfordii. Also disclosed is a Fusarium species capable of producing the compound in culture, and methods for obtaining immunosuppressant compounds from fungal-cell culture. |
