titleOfInvention Chemical sensor
abstract An electrode arrangement for detecting signals from gas-sensitive layers has a first bottom electrode with an interdigital structure, a second top electrode with an interdigital structure and an intermediate gas-sensitive layer as humidity or gas sensor. The electrode terminals (a, a' and b, b') lie above each other and the interdigital structures are arranged in such a way that the fingers that lie above each other have opposite voltage polarities (+, -).
