titleOfInvention Absorbent with half section of gelling material
abstract An absorbent structure (1), especially adapted for use by users in a predominantly lying down position, comprises a relatively high weight of absorbent gelling material in the back half section (3) of the absorbent structure (1). Preferably between 55 % and 100 % of the total weight of the absorbent gelling material, most preferably between 60 % and 90 %, is located in the back half section (3). In an embodiment of the absorbent structure (1), the average basis capacity in the back half section (3) of the core is between 1.1 times and 3 times the average basis capacity in the front half section.
