A process for producing granulated enzyme compositions for use in washing and cleaning agents should allow two or several enzymes capable of reacting with each other to be incorporated into a storage stable granulate. For that purpose, an aqueous liquid containing a first enzyme, which may be a concentrated fermentation broth stripped of insoluble components, is mixed with inorganic and/or organic excipients, the thus produced primary enzyme preliminary mixture is mixed with a secondary enzyme, the thus obtained mixture is extruded through a perforated plate followed by a cutting appliance, the extrudate is optionally rounded in a rounding appliance and dried, and if desired a dye- and/or pigment-containing coating is applied. |
