titleOfInvention Apparatus for applying dye to textiles
abstract A method, apparatus, and related dye compositions for dyeing textiles (10) which operates at atmospheric pressure, is open to the atmosphere, and does not require the steaming of the textile (10) to set or fix the dye to the textile; specifically, a dye application structure (11) for applying the dye (18) to the textile (10) having a variable threading configuration allowing a variable dwell time, a variable volume configuration allowing a variable dye bath volume, and a circulation configuration allowing the dye solution (18) to be preheated prior to being introduced to the dye bath and maintained at a constant temperature during dyeing.
