These compounds can be used as therapeutical agents for treating affections and diseases related with the hyperactivity of the α-adrenergic system, as, for example, arterial hypertension, prostate benign hyperplasia (BHP), high intraocular pressure and hypercholesterolemia. Processes for the preparation of the above said compounds are also described.
