abstract A computer stand (10) has shelves (20, 22) for supporting a keyboard and monitor pivotally connected to a pivot rod (18) which is transversely supported between side frames (12, 14) at the front thereof. Rear cross beams (16) connect the side frames (12, 14). Monitor and keyboard braces (24, 26) allow independent adjustment of the angles of the shelves (20, 22). The height of the keyboard shelf (20) and monitor shelf (22) is also adjustable. Printer and CPU shelves (96) may also be mounted on the side frames.
