abstract A method of accurately assaying a complex of an oxidized lipoprotein with β2-glycoprotein I in a blood sample by the sandwich technique by using an anticardiolipin antibody, an antilipoprotein antibody or an anti-β2-glycoprotein I antibody and an immobilized derivative thereof. This method permits detection of an oxidized lipoprotein in the blood and realizes diagnosis of arteriosclerotic diseases.
