titleOfInvention Use of cyclopentadienylcarbonyl transition metal carboxylic acids and their derivatives for labelling proteins
abstract Radioactive metallocene carboxylic acids and their derivates having formula (I), in which R?1, R2, R3, R4 and R5¿ have different meanings and M stands for a radioactive metal isotope of the elements having the atomic numbers 21-29, 31, 42-44, 49 or 57-83, are used for radioactively labelling NH-active compounds. Also disclosed is a process for labelling said compounds, as well as new metallocene carboxylic acid derivates having formula (I) in which M stands for a Cr-51, Mn52, Ru-97, Ru-103, Re-186, Re-188, and Ir-191 isotope.
