Endovascular stents capable of being cut from a flat piece of material are described. The endovascular stents may be bioabsorbable, multilayered and may have structural configuration means to prevent the progressive reduction of the internal diameter of the stents by the use of adecuate locking means such as ratchet, tabs, etc. Methods of manufacturing endovascular stents and methods of using endovascular stens are also described. |
