abstract Proposed is a toothpaste with the usual components and containing as the polishing agent a combination of silicilic acids and dicalcium phosphate dihydrate (brushite), this toothpaste having a particularly effective restoring action on the tooth surface. This action is due to controlled remineralization in, in particular, enamel scratches and Tomes' pits. This action can be reinforced by the addition of magnesium ions and/or fluorophosphate ions.
