abstract |
A process for producing a tetrafluoroethylene/hexafluoropropylene copolymer by copolymerizing tetrafluoroethylene with hexafluoropropylene in an aqueous medium using di(fluoroacyl) peroxide as the polymerization initiator, wherein a fluoroalkylcarboxylic acid is fed to the reaction system. The obtained copolymer has a stabilized molecular weight and the polymerization initiator can be utilized more efficiently. |
