Exerciser for spine |
abstract |
The device comprises a plate (1) 10 cm wide and approximately 1 metre long supported by three pairs of legs (2, 3, 4) which place the plate (1) at about 15 centimetres above the ground or supporting surface. This position may be higher or lower depending on the user. A mat (5) covered in protuberances (5a) preferably of an elastically deformable material is placed on the top surface of the plate (1). The protuberances serve to massage the spinal region. By lying on the device, a person can obtain spinal release. The device is particularly suitable for treating cervicaldynia, dorsalgia and lumbago. |
