abstract |
Parathyroid hormone (PTH) fragments comprising the aminoacid range of the natural parathyroid hormone from +3 to +35 and their physiologically tolerable derivates are disclosed. Also disclosed are a process for preparing said fragments by solid phase and liquid phase synthesis from partially blocked aminoacids contained in the fragments that are coupled to each other in a sequence that corresponds to the aminoacid sequence in the fragment to be produced, as well as medicaments containing at least one of said fragments and having in particular a calcium regulating activity in the body. |
