titleOfInvention Material for semiconductor screen
abstract A material for semiconductor screens and its use for manufacturing cables, capacitors and electromagnetic shielding for electrical and electronic devices, are described. Cables and electrical and electronic devices containing said material are also described. The semiconductor screen consists of a polymeric matrix containing one or more polymers and 5-70 % by weight of one or more dispersed, conjugated and undoped polymers. In the absence of an electrical field, screen conductivity is very low, but conductivity increases in proportion to the field applied (see curves 2-9 in the figure).
