Hydrophilic foams based on a polyurethane gel compound, obtainable from: - one or more polyether polyols selected from the group of substances formed by the addition of propylene oxide and possibly ethylene oxide on ordinary starter molecules; - one or more diisocyanates; - one or more super-absorbers; - one or more accelerators selected from the group of the ordinary accelerators for polyurethanes; - water; - and, where appropriate, the ordinary auxiliaries and/or additives. |
