The invention relates to a process for removing viruses, in particular viruses with a phospholipid sheath, from biological fluids, in particular fluids containing proteins, by introducing dialkoxyphosphorus compounds, characterized in that the dialkoxyphosphorus compounds are used in the form of dialkoxyphosphorus compounds of formula (I): Tr-Spac(-O)nPO(OAlk)2, which can be separated mechanically and are bonded to carriers. In formula (I), Tr stands for an inert carrier, Spac stands for a spacer, n is equal to 0 or 1 and Alk stands for alkyl groups with 1 to 10 carbon atoms. |
