A galvanized steel plate having an inorganic coating layer containing at least one inorganic oxide in an amount of 1 to 500 mg/m2 (in terms of said inorganic element) and, if desired, at least one of oxoacid and inorganic oxide colloids in an amount of 1 to 500 mg/m2 formed on the surface of zinc plating, and futher having, if desired, a zinc oxide coating layer formed between the inorganic coating layer and the surface of zinc plating for improving the weldability. |
