The shelf life of a liquid enzymatic cleaner is prolonged if the cleaner consists of 1,000 to 90,000 U/ml of protease, 5 to 500 BGU/ml of glucanase, 1 to 10 wt.% of anionic and/or nonionic tensides, 20 to 60 wt.% of a hydrophilic organic solvent, 1 or more acids of boron and/or their soluble salts and, if desired, buffers or complexing agents. |
