abstract | The invention relates to a piperidine compound labelled with radioactive iodine or bromine, having general formula (I), wherein Y* is a radioactive iodine atom or a radioactive bromine atom; and Q is a group derived from a heterocyclic ring system having two anellated rings which collectively comprise at least two hetero atoms selected from the group consisting of N, O and S, which ring system is substituted with at least one oxo- and/or thioxo function and may be substituted with one or more substitutents selected from the group consisting of C1-C4 alkyl, C1-C4 alkoxy, halogen, C1-C4 alkylamino and di (C1-C4) alkylamino. The invention also relates to a method of preparing the said compound, to a radiopharmaceutical composition which comprises said compound, and to a kit for preparing said composition. |
