abstract The invention relates to derivatives of polyhydroxylated molecules having the formula (Ia) or the formula (Ib) wherein R1 is a protector radical of a group OH appropriate for the oligonucleotidic synthesis, R2 is a functional radical adapted to the oligonucleotidic synthesis, unsubstituted or substituted by OR1, B is a radical derived from a puric or pyrimidic base comprising at least one substituant OR1. When such derivative is used in oligonucleotidic synthesis, it is possible to fix by means of said radicals OR1 a plurality of nucleotides, molecules of spaces or molecules or markers and the polyhydroxylated derivative, and thus form an oligonucleotide comprising at least one ramification.
