titleOfInvention | New polysilane compound and electrophotographic photoreceptor produced therefrom |
abstract | This invention provides an utterly new polysilane compound having a weight-average molecular weight of 6000 to 20000 which is completely free from a chlorine atom and a group causative of a side reaction and wherein all silicon groups are substituted by specified oxygen-free organic groups, and a process for the preparation thereof. The abovedescribed polysilane compound is a highly valuable polymer for use in industries for making various electronics devices, medical appliances and so forth. The invention further provides an electrophotographic photoreceptor having a photoreceptive layer containing said polysilane compound. |
