abstract |
A process for oxidising epoxy alcohols in a medium containing an organic solvent and water by means of a solid oxidising component in the presence of a catalyst based on a ruthenium salt. The ratio of water to the organic solvent is low enough for the oxidising component to remain, at least largely, in the solid state in the reaction medium which is heterogeneous. |
