Suitable for fighting and killing parasitic, potentially invasive persistent forms are aqueous disinfectant compounds based on mixtures of disinfecting agents and surface-active agents, which contain (a) at least one disinfecting agent of the group including aliphatic aldehydes with 1 to 5 atoms of C, aliphatic alcohols with 1 to 4 atoms of C, unsubstituted and substituted phenols, active chlorine, active oxygen and active iodine compounds and (b) at least one sulphate tenside of general formula (I): R?1-O-(Cn?H2n?O)m?-SO3?M, where R?1 stands for a linear-chained or branched alkyl or alkenyl residue with 8 to 18 atoms of C, M stands for hydrogen, lithium, sodium, potassium, ammonium, C1-4?-alkyl-ammonium or C1-4? alkanol-ammonium, n is 2 or 3 and m is a number between 0 and 15. |
